The Toyota RAV4 is a sport utility vehicle (SUV) produced by the Japanese manufacturer Toyota car. Toyota RAV4 was the first compact crossover SUV, which makes its debut in Japan and Europe in 1994 and in North America in 1995. The Toyota RAV4 is designed for consumers wanting a car had most of the benefits of the SUV, such as increased cargo room, higher visibility and the option of full-time four-wheel drive, and go out and fuel economy and compact car. Japanese translations are sold at different Toyota dealerships two Japanese Toyota Corolla Store and Toyota NETZ Store.

Toyota RAV4 XA10 (1994-2000)

The first generation Toyota RAV4, known as the series XA10 stood on a different platform shared elements Carina and Corolla. Series XA10 was offered in both shape and four-door versions. The Toyota RAV4 is no longer uses the V6 from the previous-generation engine to select the line four cylinder engines. And, unlike the dual wheelbase strategy employed by the previous XA30 model, the XA40 only sold in single wheelbase (according to the LWB XA30). So, as of April 2014, the previous generation in the short-wheelbase length is still sold in Japan instead of the Toyota RAV4XA40 which export only.
