Chrysler Town & Country

The Chrysler Town & Country is one of the longest running model in the minivan segment, offers a long list of standard luxury features, plus a spacious, versatile and innovative interior. Although a platform of date means driving manners are not as refined as some competitors, the Town & Country ago courtesy of leading power characteristic class of a brave Pentastar V6. For the last model year, the alignment Town & Country earns two new trim levels and called LX Platinum Limited respectively.



The current Chrysler Town & Country has been on the market since 2007, but a comprehensive update introduced four years ago remains the minivan look too dated. On the outside, a sleek aerodynamic front fascia with chrome finish adds a touch of class while Chrysler changes applied to the interior – including a board layout simpler instruments and soft-touch materials strategically placed – create a unique atmosphere .



Chrysler Town & Country Interior



The versatile cabin remains highlighted by smart ‘feature Stow n Go Chrysler. Standard on the second row of seats and is available as an option for the third row Stow ‘n Go seating that allows easily fold into the floor, creating a flat cargo space for cargo. They are also standard on the third row “seats tailgate,” who turn back to create a bench looking back. Seven passenger seating configuration is the default, while the second row seats can be exchanged for a bench seat to make room for eight. Chrysler Town & Country Cargo space is rated at 33 cubic centimeters behind the third row of seats; with second and the third rows folded, substantial 143.8 cubic feet of cargo space is available.



Chrysler Town & Country Engine



The Chrysler Town & Country is available only with 3.6-liter V6 from Chrysler “Pentastar”, which features a 283 horsepower and healthy-feet of torque 260 pounds. The motor transmits power to the front wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission and returns fuel economy EPA-estimated 17 mpg city and 25 mpg on the highway. Although an option in recent years, all-wheel drive is no longer available at Town & Country.



Chrysler Town & Country Trim Levels



The Chrysler Town & Country is available in five trim levels: LX, Touring, Touring-L, Limited and Platinum Limited. The Chrysler Town & Country LX has electric sliding doors and tailgate, alloy wheels 17 inches, leather seats ads rear view camera.



The Chrysler Town & Country Touring is fitted with a DVD player for the rear seat, automatic climate control triple zone, power front seats, Uconnect media center with six speakers and USB input jack, Sirius satellite radio and a camera rear view. For these features, the Touring-L adds remote start, chrome exterior mirrors with supplemental signals, automatic headlights, parasols second and third row window, alarm security, auto-dimming rearview mirror and SafetyTec package, which stands by Rear Cross Path monitoring systems blind spot.



The Chrysler Town & Country Limited version brings a navigation system with real-time updates of traffic, first heated second row seats, a heated steering wheel, sound system 506 watts of high quality Nappa leather upholstery luxury seats, fog HID, dual rear DVD screens, a key enter ‘n storage system Super system Console and go. Finally, the top of Platinum Limited range wins Nappa leather upholstery, a system of dual screen DVD Blu-Ray, a power sunroof, a memory function for the power seats and exterior mirrors with heating first and second row seats and a heated steering wheel.



Chrysler Town & Country Safety



The standard safety features in the Chrysler Town & Country include dual front and side airbags, first, second and third row head airbags, traction and stability control systems and electronic brake-force distribution.
