2015 Audi Allroad

The 2015 Audi Allroad is not only the best family car in the A4 lineup, is a totally better car driver that most crossings high. The 2015 Audi Allroad is somewhere between the world of family friendly and energy sports sedans crosses, and a whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It is a vehicle that has existed in a previous edition, although the current generation Allroad does not sit on the same platform based on the Audi A6 that it once did.

Instead, the Allroad is built on the same platform as the Audi A4, and a more ordered for this vehicle. It’s still a station wagon with a little higher ride height thus gaining some of the advantages of an SUV-off pavement without compromising too many of the dynamics that are driving a sports sedan. Audi Connect is a decent extra references; feature allows customers to have access to a 3G connection I built the Allroad becomes a wireless access point rolling up to 8 devices, and to enable Google local searches through the MMI. The connection also feeds input to the navigation system to make maps Google Earth and Google Street View in the magnificent surroundings, crisp detail. While we have a few complaints about the interface, the screen features together are a game changer.

2015 Audi Allroad Interior

Push the 2015 Audi Allroad rugged look on the outside, but buying an off-road permit that might be a bit much. It is not designed for more casual-off pavement driving-a gravel sounds good, but control of the stability of the Allroad includes a special mode that allows increased wheel slip, if it’s stuck to dirt and must be subtracted. Ground clearance is 7.1 inches-smaller than the Subaru Outback, but about the same as some crosses, and “soft” the Allroad has a streak plate and frame protection for trailblazing modest light.  2015 Audi Allroad seating is excellent, although the back seat is tight limiting. In front, even the base seats provide great support for long road trips, with just enough lateral support, too. In the rear, the seat position is a bit low, and perhaps better contour than most crossovers, but simply no room for knees and feet for taller adults. With 27.6 cubic feet behind rear bench, and seating arrangement easily folded, the Allroad is great to make room for weekend projects and other cargo needs. Flip forward and all you have up to 50 cubic feet.

Under the cloak of a coating and the additional promise of a little more lift trail-running is the Audi A4 Avant, this time we are only getting the Allroad, which up-styled to connect the dots between online and Audi A4 Q5 crossover. And Outbacked treatment works very well, with its high ride height, distinctive lower body appearance, and aluminum exterior finish. The 2014 Audi Allroad has a stronger stance from the side, while the front is the little more presence, probably due to vertical ribbed grille. Cut LED Lights are beveled at the top corners for a smooth and sophisticated look through the nose, while the fog lights Wide substance below. Most models to obtain a coating with a matte finish to the bottom of the body and around the wheel wells, but a look of increased brightness available.

2015 Audi Allroad Engine

The 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged four-cylinder makes 220 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. 2015 Audi Allroad joined an automatic transmission eight-speed response with a sport mode, and the last quattro all-wheel drive is standard. Hit this year in power hit a split second career-60mph 6.4 seconds now, officially. From the driver’s seat, the Allroad 3900 lbs responds well with any pro right foot, and no doubt drive morning shift, when the speed is not necessary. 2015 Audi Allroad Gas mileage is officially 21 mpg city, 28 mpg highway and 24 mpg combined EPA; test in an extended note 24 mpg in a mix of nearly 1,000 miles of driving and have seen pretty consistently over 30 mpg in highway driving relaxed at legal speeds.

Initially impressions can lead to some head scratching happy after taking the Allroad through some tight esses, or any way back. Despite its stocky posture, it seems to handle a little better than the Audi A4 saloon. 18-inch wheels and high profile tires Great give better stability than the standard A4 can offer. While traveling about 1.5 inches higher, the suspension loads up Allroad more predictable, and the quattro system can send up to 85 percent of torque to the rear wheels. Like the four-door, the Allroad can be equipped with dynamic variable ratio steering and Drive Select, which adapts its settings electric power steering, transmission, throttle and shock for sport or soft driving.

2015 Audi Allroad Safety

The 2015 Audi Allroad is based on the architecture and while not yet been rated by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has earned five-star frontal and side impact ratings from the National Security Administration vial (NHTSA). Notable safety options include adaptive cruise control that can stop the car completely of speeds up to 19 miles per hour; monitors blind spots and rearview camera are also available, like air bags rear seat. Visibility, however, is quite good, thanks to the tall glass areas, but even with rear parking sensors and rear camera that offers most of the lineup, the bulbous hood darkens the front corners.
